From Our Own Experience to a Finished Product
FinCRM grew out of a real need: online store owners on Horoshop and Prom.ua lose hours every day to manual invoicing, stock reconciliation, and customer communication. We built a solution that automates the entire cycle — from order to payment — and today offer it in two formats: as a custom implementation and as a ready-to-use SaaS subscription.
FinCRM — CRM for E-commerce Businesses
A command center for orders, documents, and finances for online stores. It brings together orders from multiple sales channels, automatically issues invoices and delivery notes, tracks inventory, and communicates with customers — no manual routine.
Available in two editions: as a custom implementation (Laravel) for a single company, or as a multi-tenant SaaS platform (Next.js) for teams and multiple legal entities.

Multiple Legal Entities in One Account
Manage several sole proprietorships or LLCs at once: separate tax regimes, simplified-tax turnover limit tracking, individual business details and API keys per company.
Nova Poshta Integration
Generate shipping labels — including in bulk — directly from the order card, with automatic delivery status tracking and an up-to-date directory of cities and branches.

SaaS Edition for Teams
A multi-tenant platform with role-based access (owner, manager, viewer), onboarding for new users, subscription plans with a trial period, and payments via Monobank Acquiring. Each company operates in its own isolated workspace, and the business owner can invite a team and control access rights.
